Le Pal

CNCS (national theatre costume centre)

More than 70,000 people come to see the prestigious collections at the CNCS every year, featuring around 10,000 costumes and items of theatre décor from around France, displayed in some magnificent temporary exhibitions.

Panoramique des Dômes

The top of the Puy de Dôme can now be reached via the Panoramique des Dômes rack railway. Comfortably seated, come and discover - or rediscover! - this location, listed as a Grand Site de France, which has been restored with preservation as its top priority. The Michelin Adventure

Located at Michelin's Cataroux plants, the Michelin Adventure comprises an area of 2,000 m². Using unusual and interactive stage sets, the museum exhibits more than 1,000 items from collections of the Michelin heritage fund. You'll find out about the history, current news and future of the Michelin group. You can also visit the shop, which is open to everyone.


Montluçon's MuPop is France's leading museum given over to the history and paraphernalia of French popular music from 1750 to the present day. Set in an unusual building, more than 3,300 m² in area, it exhibits both musical repertoires and the musical instruments typically used, as well as focusing on the close ties associating music with society (methods of teaching, broadcasting, relationship with the body, with dance, digital music etc.). With Musée de France status, the Mupop provides a theme-based journey as well as a historical one, together with a temporary exhibition which constantly conjures renewed interest in your visit.

Le puy Mary

An extraordinary location with Grand Site de France status, le Puy Mary draws around 500,000 visitors every year. From the top of its legendary pyramid shape, in the heart of Europe's largest chain of volcanoes, lies one of Auvergne's loveliest viewpoints, at a height of 1,783m. A recently redeveloped route takes you to the top, which leads to a viewpoint indicator.
